What affected my rating?

I’m not sure why the company name and website domain name are different, but it can trip you up when looking for this site. I do like the pricing charts that show the quantity price breaks.

3. Merchology

Cons of Logo Sportswear

• If you are only ordering a couple items, the $59 run fee will likely make you order from somewhere else.

What affected my rating?

This company has a lot of brand options and the customer service is rated pretty high. The art proofs have had some minor complaints as on more complex designs it can be difficult to see what the design will really look like when printed. Choose a different company if you are only ordering a few caps.

4. Blue Cotton

Cons of Blue Cotton

The Design Lab is a little cumbersome to use, but better than their old version.

What affected my rating?

Blue Cotton made my top 5 list because they advertise their phone number and have live human beings available to place your order.

5. Custom Ink

Web Address: https://www.customink.com

Standard Turnaround Time:  Delivered 14 business days after order placement

12 black custom embroidered Yupoong wool blend caps will cost you approximately $35.15 each with FREE SHIPPING.

Pros of Custom Ink

  • Cap Selection: Good
  • Website: Easy to Navigate
  • Art Services: Free Easy Online Designer, No live art help
  • Shipping Costs: Free
  • Years in Business: 21
  • Weekend hours and later evening hours

Cons of Custom Ink

  • Prices: VERY HIGH
  • They do not provide free graphic artists that can create your art from scratch.
  • Late night orders must be placed via website only.

What affected my rating?

Custom ink is a big company—to my knowledge they are the largest online retail T-shirt printer in the United State. They divide their online catalog into sections, so it’s relatively easy to find what you are looking for. You can use Custom Ink’s “T-shirt design lab” to create your embroidered cap design yourself and they offer lots of clip art designs for you to choose from. Custom Ink also offers live chat, long business hours, and a polite staff. Their prices are higher than most other custom apparel printers and, considering you must do all the design work yourself; they may not be the best option for some buyers.
