STEEL SHEET PILING

ESC is a distributor of a wide range of steel sheet pile products from leading manufacturers.

ESC's sheet pile product line incorporates the largest number of profiles in the world, with over 450 profiles amongst 13 pile profile designs. The profiles vary from 3mm to 22.0mm thickness and 400mm width all the way up to 1,800mm.

These include Hot Rolled Sheet Piles, Cold Rolled Sheet Piles, and Cold Formed Sheet Piles. ESC is a pioneer of Wide Profile Cold Formed Sheet Piles backed by global patents.

ESC has economically supplied sheet piles to projects from as little as 8 tons all the way up to an excess of 20,000 tons. We are proud to say we have delivered to every continent in the world, including Antarctica.

Steel Sheet Piling is an effective earth retention and excavation supportconstruction material. The Interlocking Sheet Piles also offer considerable resistance against water seepage. ESC has one of the widest ranges of steel sheet piles: with over 15 series' and over 400 profiles in hot rolled sheet piles, cold-rolled sheet piles, and cold-formed sheet piles in an assortment of steel grades and production standards. ESC sheet piles have withstood the test of time all around the world with over 25 years of experience on all continents including Antarctica. These factors combined with a strong commitment to delivery timelines and repeated customer satisfaction make ESC the preferred supplier for Sheet Piles globally. Applications include port and harbour structures, river revetments, retaining walls, cutoff walls, slope protection, and cofferdams.

HOT ROLLED SHEET PILES

Hot Rolled Sheet Piles are formed by profiling the steel with high temperatures as the rolling process occurs. Typically, hot rolled sheet piles are produced to BS EN 10248 Part 1 & 2. Greater thicknesses are achievable than cold rolled sheet piles. The interlocking clutch tends to be tighter as well.

COLD ROLLED / FORMED SHEET PILES

Cold Rolling and Forming processes are when the steel sheet pile is profiled at room temperature. The profile thickness is constant along the width of the profile. Typically, cold rolled/formed sheet piles are produced to BS EN 10249 Part 1 & 2. Cold Rolling occurs in a continuous section from hot rolled coil whereas Cold Forming occurs is discrete lengths either from decoiled hot rolled coil or plate. A wide range of widths and depths are achievable.
